What this service includes:
Filing the required information for each card to PSA through the grading process
Optional - preparing the cards carefully in the required package format (card saver, box, etc.)
Tracked shipping of the cards with insurance to PSA Grading in the U.S.
Receipt of cards from the PSA Grading Facility once grading is complete
What this service does not include:
Shipping from your location to Danireon Cards & Games - This is done at your own cost and convenience
Shipping back to your location from Danireon Cards & Games after graded cards have been received from PSA — We will get in touch with you to discuss how you would like to receive your graded cards (Untracked bubbler, Tracked Shipping, Express Shipping, Pickup, Etc.)

We send cards monthly, if we receive your cards after the submission is made we will simply add them to the next one
If the submitted card value is determined to be higher than the 199$ limit, additional charges MAY apply based on PSA Grading guidelines for cards in another price tier.
Danireon Cards, Games & Content Inc. is NOT responsible for any shipping issues, whether cards have been lost, damaged or other during the shipping process.
Danireon Cards, Games & Content Inc. is NOT responsible for any damages to the cards as a result of grading nor during the submission process.
You are responsible for getting the cards to and from our shop - whether through shipping of local pickup methods.

ORDER PICKUP POLICY
Order pickups refer to in-store pickups for online orders made at www.danireon.com
When you order is ready for pickup you will be notified via the email address used for your order — PLEASE NOTE: Orders can only picked up once they have been marked as ready for pickup, no exceptions will be made.
Local pickup orders are prepared Monday-Friday by a dedicated team
Cards, accessories and products may be stored externally and require additional preparation time
All pickup orders (exclusive of pre-orders) will be prepared and ready to pickup in 7 days or less.
Orders can be picked up during store opening hours - see Google Listing for updated hours and Holiday hours.
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION (WHEN APPLICABLE)
A pre-order is the purchasing of an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date.
By purchasing an item that is on pre-order, your entire order placed will ship once all items on the invoice are in stock. Please take note of the ship dates in the title of the items you are pre-ordering. The pre-order date that is the furthest away dictates the ship date of your order.
You can have the available items shipped immediately, for an extra shipping charge of $9.99+tax on Canadian shipments, and $13.99+tax on US bound shipments..
Full payment is taken upfront for all pre-orders.
If you choose to cancel a pre-order item with us, a restocking fee of 10% will be withheld from the refund amount on the pre-order items you are choosing to cancel. This is non negotiable.
If an item's release date is delayed by the manufacturer, we will notify you via email or phone. You may choose to wait or receive a full refund (no restocking fee applied in this scenario).
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship from our store. Due note that Untracked Bubble Mailers do NOT come with a tracking number, and these could take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Please wait for the full period to be completed before contacting us about shipping issues.
During the Holiday season (October 1st - January 15) and other special holidays such as but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc., please expect delays at the carrier level - we cannot control how fast items get to you once shipped.
Note, duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country, and this is up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government.
