Where do we ship?
We ship to anywhere in Mainland Canada and the US - Locations Please allow up to 7 business days for your items to ship from our store. Due note that Untracked Bubble Mailers do NOT come with a tracking number, and these could take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Please wait for the full period to be completed before contacting us about shipping issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UK & OTHER)
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship from our facility - our pickups for international are only done once a week. Please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive before contacting us about shipping delays.
During the Holiday season (October 1st - January 15) and other special holidays such as but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc., please expect delays at the carrier level - we cannot control how fast items get to you once shipped.
Please note we might require signature upon the delivery of your order for various reasons such as but not limited to: first time orders, orders exceeding a certain amount, no shipping protection, nature of goods, etc. Please note if you do not think you will be home for the estimated delivery, you may contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements.
